Charles S. Sperrazza

Registered Representative

Charles Sperrazza grew up and began his career in Queens, NY. As a long time financial professional, Mr. Sperrazza started as a sales agent in 1980. Shortly after that, he was promoted to a sales manager position at Prudential. In 1990, he was then promoted and transferred as the Assistant Vice President of regional marketing in the Western New York area.

During his time here in Western New York, he has held several other positions in the financial services industry, such as general manager, marketing director, and brokerage manager. Some of Mr. Sperrazza’s responsibilities have included, recruiting, training and development, as well as day to day management of multiple locations.

In 1997, he then chose to return to what he loved most, which is working one on one with people to help secure their financial security. Charles has an extensive background in the following:

  • Business Succession Planning

Mr. Sperrazza currently resides in Grand Island, NY with his wife, Patricia, and German Shephard, Rocky. He is also member of the Knights of Columbus. Charles loves outdoor sports and frequently supports the local high school athletic teams

Michael A. Sperrazza

Registered Representative

Raised in Grand Island, New York, Michael graduated from Grand Island Senior High School in 2010. He began his college career at Niagara University and then transferred to the State University of New York at Brockport, where he earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2014.

Throughout his high school and college years, Michael spent time helping his father with their family business.  Charles Sperrazza, also a Financial Guys Representative, has spent over 35 years in the industry, serving many financial service areas including life insurance, property and casualty insurance, and investments. He has been servicing the Buffalo area since 1991.  Charles’ knowledge and career experience has been an asset to Michael, as he grows as an advisor.

After years of working alongside his father while attending school, Mike decided to pursue a career as a financial advisor, rather than a career in criminal justice.  Mike has found that the ideals of integrity, trust, and honesty that pertain to criminal justice, certainly apply in the work of a financial advisor. He loved the opportunity to build relationships with his father’s clients, while working to help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.  He believes that building a rapport with each one of his clients is key to an effective partnership.

Mike’s licenses include: Series 7; Series 66; Life, Accident, and Health; and Property and Casualty.  He also holds the Certified in Social Security Claiming Strategies (CSSCS) designation.

Throughout his life, Michael has been committed to playing and being involved in athletics. He has been an assistant coach for the Grand Island Varsity football team since 2015.

Marielle C. Buffamonte

Operations Manager

Marielle was raised in Grand Island, New York and graduated from Mount Saint Mary Academy in 2014. She then chose to continue her education at John Carroll University pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the John M. and Mary Jo Boler School of Business.

While away at school, Marielle participated on the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team for one year before deciding to pursue other extracurricular activities. She spent time as the Editor of the Business & Finance section of The Carroll News for four years before graduating in May of 2018. After realizing her love of finance from her classes, she took up a post on the managing board of The Investment Club. She participated in community service programs and trips through her school every semester logging well over 300 hours of service.

Marielle also spent a semester abroad in Rome, Italy where she enjoyed the Italian culture and food. During her time abroad, Marielle continued her service by feeding impoverished families in Vatican City before heading to class. She also held an internship with The Food and Agricultural Organization in association with The United Nations where she spent time assisting multiple departments and learning how a large multinational company operates.

As a recent addition to the Queen City Financial Group, Marielle hopes to use her love of meeting new people to better help serve our clients. She is currently pursuing her Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health Certifications. She is excited to start actively using her degree and certifications to assist the QCFG team!

Marielle is a big lacrosse fan and spent all four of her years away at school coaching a local high school women’s lacrosse team.
